Main shop policies
Do you ship worldwide?
We ship worldwide but there are a number of factors involved with shipping. Shipping costs are weight-based and calculated at checkout and you can use the shipping calculator to estimate your costs before completing your order.
For UK customers, we're UK based so normal local VAT tax is automatically added to orders. This will show in during checkout.
For EU customers, there is an added VAT tax on all imports, and some countries may charge additional customs duties.
For USA customers, local tax will be applied to orders and tariff fees, as introduced mid 2025, are automatically included within prices. Once your parcel has arrived in the USA, there will be no added tariff rates on top of what you've already paid.
Customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees or any taxes that may apply. Moggy Mansions Ltd is not responsible for any customs-related delays or any fees imposed by your authorities.
Why is post so expensive?
This is one of the most common questions we are asked. Quite simply, shipping is expensive. We factor in a tiny packaging fee (actual cost) then the rest of the fee comes directly from Royal Mail. We try our best to keep prices as low as possible.
Do you offer insurance?
As of 2026 we have decided to offer insurance for postage in different ways. Our main courier in the UK is Royal Mail and they offer different forms of insurance but buyers often complain about price. So where possible we are offering both a standard non tracked postal service and a tracked service.
Note: If you purchase standard postage and your item is lost in the post, Moggy Mansions will hold no responsibility for this loss. You order standard postage at your own risk.
If however you purchase tracked postage, international orders are covered up to £250 in value. If your tracked order has been lost in the post, contact us at hello@moggymansions.com and we'll do our best to assist you.
Before Ordering
How often do you release new products?
We do at least 1 new product launch each month but this is subject to change. Please follow us on Instagram @moggymansions for new updates.
Do you restock products?
We restock many but not all items. Postcards, sticker sheets, posters and 300 piece puzzles we restock. Other products less so but if you see an item out of stock and you're interested, contact us.
Do you offer coupon codes?
If you sign up to our newsletter we offer a monthly discount code. This is percentage based and can change per season.
After Ordering
What is your processing time?
Orders are usually processed within 2-4 business days but during peak times, for example holiday seasons, this may take longer. If your order is urgent please contact us.

We will try our best to fulfil your order as soon as possible and the estimated shipping times are based on information provided by Royal Mail. Once we hand over our parcels to Royal Mail, delivery time depends on their processing times.
Can I modify my order?
Once an order has been placed we offer a 4-hour period in which you can change your order. After this 4-hour period, your order will likely have been processed and changes can't then be made.
If you have changed your order and want. tomake any changes, contact us immediately at hello@moggymansions.com quoting your order numer and we will try to assist.
Can I return, cancel or exchange my order?
All of our products are handmade so all sales are final. Please be sure you want the item you're ordering and if you have any queries about a product before ordering, contact us at hello@moggymansions.com
In the rare case that we refund returns, we won't refund the postage you originally paid.
My order is missing items or contains damaged items, what should I do?
We are a handmade shop and we do really care about our products but in very rare instances items could have slight imperfections or an item might be missing. First of all be kind, we would be equally as annoyed if we received a damaged or missing item but humans do make mistakes.
If your order has an error, please contact us at hello@moggymnasions.com within 5 working days by using the following steps:
- Take a photo(s) or any defective items and if an item is missing, please provide an entire photo of your order and send to hello@moggymansions.com
- Write a short description of your issue.
Please note that we will not be responsible for any orders damaged in transit. In the rare instance of any orders being refunded, we won't refund postage costs, only item costs. Anything given away free with orders won't be replaced.
Shipping and Postage
How do you ship your orders?
All orders are shipped in either hard backed envelopes, small boxes or mailing tubes. We offer multiple methods of shipping but if you have any special postage requests, please send us an email before placing your order.
Customs and duties fees
Buyers are responsible for any customs or duties fees that may apply. We legally have to provide the correct information for customs documents. US Tariffs and handling fees are added in the postage so you don’t need to pay anything once you have received your order.
Which shipping carriers do you use?
We're based in the UK so we use Royal Mail for everything. Once an order has arrived in your country, we have no control over which carrier is designated for your order.
How do I track my order?

If you place an order with tracked postage, we will provide a tracking number once the courier has provided us with it. You can use this tracking number to monitor your orders progress.
Orders placed without tracking will have no tracking numbers at all. If you do not receive a tracking number, check your spam folder and if you still can’t see it, contact us and we’ll be more than happy to provide this.
For Route Package Protection, you can track your order through the Route app for real-time updates.
How long will it take to get my order?
Orders are shipped from London, UK. Estimated delivery times are as follows

Order Delivery
My order is lost or damaged
Lost or damaged packages are NOT our responsibility.
Once your order has been shipped, we have control over your order. If you have purchased tracked postage through this shop, we can investigate your shipping and if you have purchased Route you can put it in a claim. If you have chosen non-tracked shipping and your order has been lost, that's final.

My order is showing it has been returned to you
Where an order has been returned to us for any reason, whether it be an incorrect address or unclaimed mail, we require a re-payment of shipping fees if you still want your order. Any refunds will be in the form of shop credit due to the nature of our products and the time involved making them.
Wholesale, digital downloads, reselling & other policies
Do you provide digital downloads?
Absolutely not. All of our work is completely original and in many cases takes months to create. If we discover our work is being resold without permission, as per international copyright laws, we will pursue legal action.
You do not have permission to sell our images.
