I was inspired to create a series of posters based on the theme “Be kind to yourself”. Being kind to yourself is literally about looking after yourself; look after your heart, your kidneys, your lungs, and your liver. While this is a serious theme, and I’ve had my fair share of health issues, I wanted to make this series a little fun and cute to attract more viewers.
