Moggy Mansions (Ltd) is a family-run stationery business bbased in London. We sell a variety of products including postcards, posters, jigsaw puzzles, acrylic keychains, stickers, enamel mugs, washi tapes and more. Our shop has four members, Liv is the chief designer, Chris is the maker, Amelia is our daughter who helps out where she can and then we have Tiny our cat (who we named the business in honour of). Our products are cute, fun and aim to make everyone smile when they see our work.

Between us, we have worked in the creative industries a total of 33 years. Liv has worked as an illustrator since 2012 and Chris as a professional photographer from 2005. We started selling products in 2012 and for the first several years our retail side of things was a side hustle but our greatest change was when we moved to London several years ago. We started trading at local makers markets and in three years we have taken part in over 100 markets, conventions and our online shop has grown rapidly, partially as a result of moving to London with the exposure it brings.

Day to day Liv works as a freelance children’s book illustrator while Chris photographs mostly properties, but then in the evenings and weekends we’re all about retail and now our daughter is getting a lot more involved.

For us a really funny story. We have a cat called Tiny who we are absolutely besotted with. We lived in Edinburgh for a long time and when we moved into our last home there, two weeks after we moved in Tiny turned up and he basically never left.

Then one day many years later Chris was shopping with our daughter and we saw this huge climbing frame (which we did buy) and Chris said “wow, moggy can have his own mansion”. So, Moggy Mansions was born and we love it.

Chief Designer & The Brains

Liv is the brains behind Moggy Mansions and designs 100% everything that you see on the website. She has worked as an illustrator for close to 15 years and prior to that worked as a chef. Even though she doesn’t cook professionally nowadays, that love of food is still there so almost every product has something food related going on.

The Maker & The Muscle.

Chris is the maker behind the business. We make 90% of all the products we make and Chris is mostly responsible for this. As well as making the products, Chris works as a professional photographer and has a degree in web design, so he photographs everything and does all the website things.

Amelia is our daughter and even she’s just 14 (as of March 2026) she’s getting more involved with the business and is helping make things and selling at markets and conventions. She’s also incredibly artist with the most awesome drawings but doesn’t (so far) plan to work in the creative industries. She has our support either way.

And finally Tiny.

Our awesome moggy. He turned up at our doorstep 2 years old and he’s been with us 9 years. He’s super affectionate, we love him and he loves us.
