Do you ship worldwide?
Yes we ship worldwide! Shipping costs are location and weight based and calculated at checkout. We ship everything via Royal Mail and we don't make any money from the postage.
How long does it take to ship my order?
Orders are shipped within 3-9 business days but this can increase during peak seasons.
Note for orders shipped to the USA and Europe, our postage fees include local import tariff charges but any import duties, customs fees or taxes are the customer's responsibility.
Is my order insured?
When we are able to, we offer both standard and tracked postage worldwide. If you purchase from Moggy Mansions with standard postage, if your item is lost in the post then we will hold no responsibility for your lost order.
If you purchase tracked postage, this insured internationally up to £250. If your tracked order has been lost, contact us at hello@moggymansions.com and we will try to help you to the best of our abilities.
What is your refund or return policy?
90% of our products are handmade by us and are made to order, so all sales are final. If you have any queries about orders email us at hello@moggymansions.com. In the very rare instance we offer a refund, we won't refund your postage costs.
